I read yr article, and just want to say...... Half the bikies are fuckheads, undereducated bogans who do nothing but dodgy shit. Well known fact.......and if you are a bikie who hasn't done anything I doubt you would get in much trouble anyways. Its the bikies who do sell and make drugs, bash people and don't obey laws who should be blamed......if not for them I am sure we wouldn't need such laws. Sure its easy to blame the government, and make a website that will have a winge about it, but I bet you if you were in power you'd shit yourself and wouldn't know where to start. Don't we always hear these wankers wingin about what government does but themselves have no real solutions???? If they do, why don't they make an effort and write to their state mp and if it worries them so much. To fight it. To the guy with above comment.....Are you a law expert mate? Do you know of any specific cases where terrorism law was used against anyone and fucked their life up? give me one example you know of......or did you sit home on the couch with a bong watching conspiracy theorys??? For someone who knows history and politics!!!....
And so you know, I am not saying everything government does is right. But whats worse is people that talk empty talk, stir things up and dont have any solutions!

This bill is bad news. Just like after the September 11 attacks, the government used that as an excuse to take peoples civil liberties away by broadening the definition of "terrorist" in their anti-terror laws. In the U.S. those laws are now being used against anyone who speaks out against the government. This is the same thing with the proposed bikie laws - media hypes up the minor scuffles etc then the government pushes through tyrannical laws with ease thanks to the media scaring the public - now the laws will be used as a precedent against the general population when shit hits the fan economically in this country and people start rebelling against the government. I know my politics and history. I don't care if you're a bikie or not, we are ALL entitled to the same freedoms/rights...birth rights. Guess i'm preaching to the converted on here. I'm just pissed.
